I need to find that info on Artemis, I must've missed that.
First person, not sure about much. However as an "up close and personal" RTS, not like Sins of a Solar Empire where you get lost in the size and scope, there's Nexus: the Jupiter Incident, which is about capital ships, launching your fighters, marines in a shuttle launching to take over a base or ship...good stuff. Long battles with shields to take out, sub-systems, hull etc. It's a pretty different style of game and very good. Tactics and set up, no resource gathering.
The other day I picked up Homeworld 2 and it's got some larger ships down the line I think. I know it's got carriers. Even more RTS style than Nexus though.
Star Wars Empire at War (Gold), another RTS, fairly simplified, but some VERY fun battles and a cinematic mode so you can enjoy the action you set in motion. Also some ground action, but mainly it's ship battles.
X3:TC eventually gets to the larger ships, but I've never gotten far enough. LOL
