Here is an update.

We killed the pope, captured the home country of our main enemies and burned half of Europe. We just forced the Regent of Rome to sign a peace treaty with us and most of the Italian players are angry at us.

Mission Accomplished!

If anyone wants to join in on the fun we are currently trying to construct the first training grounds ever built in the game. We have all the materials and just need to put the man hours in. I think we are at 1235/6000hours.

After we get our training grounds up v2.0 should be close to appearing. Then the game will become a pretty good war game about territory capture and control.

We took over Florence and Valencia this week. We now own 4 countries although Siena will probably be lost soon to a revolt. Most of our players in Siena have died out lol.

I just lost my country this morning. All my citizens were away training at a facility in central Europe and could not make it back in time to defend against the revolt.

I guess they didnt like the peace we brought to Europe when we took Siena. They must want us to bring the war back to their door. This is something that I am sure we will be happy to assist them with.

v2.0 just launced an the game has become a tactical war game. There used to be 25 regions which could be controlled but not taken. Now there are over 200 regions that can be controlled and taken. Right now we have an army moving through securing as much of the Italian Peninsula as possible. This should turn out to be fairly interesting.
