Champion Motorsports Presents: CMS Games Rally!

A head to head rallycross tournament, taking place in the X Games 15 Rally venue.

Date: July 30th, 6pm/9pm Pacific/Eastern

Format: Single elimination tournament.

How it will work:

There will be a 30 minute private qualifying session to seed the drivers. The drivers will then go head to head in a bracket format until one driver remains. In each heat the lower seeded driver will get to choose their grid position. All other drivers will remain in the paddock, the weekend will be reset and ONLY the two drivers whose heat it is will enter the race. Everyone else can watch the show! The winner advances to the next round, and this process is repeated until we have only one man standing.

I will be a dedicated admin to ensure the event moves along smoothly.

That looks entertaining. I'll d/l the mod & track and check it out, if for no other reason than "just because"

If I'm not too horrible at it I might just sign up.

Gave it some time tonight - seems like it could be a fun track if you know how to set up the car. I don't.

You have to slow to about 10 mph to make it around the tight corners in the dirt. I have no idea how to get it to behave like a rally car, rather than a bulldozer.
