http://cmsracing.com/champion/forums/sho...-II-DRM-Revival Champion MotorSports Historic 2011 DRM Revival Race Series
The Deutsche Rennsport Meisterschaft was a very popular German racing series in the late 70´s and early 80´s. Drivers like Hans Heyer, Hans Joachim Stuck, Rolf Stommelen, Harald Ertl made this race series internationally known.
This rFactor race series includes the BMW 320 Turbo, BMW M1 Turbo, the Lancia Beta Turbo, the Ford Capri Turbo and the Porsche 935 Turbo. Each car has its own characteristics with its own flaws and advantages. Allthough power is different between cars, so is the handling, the physics, grip levels, etc. The more powerfull a car gets the more tricky it will be to drive it. Consequently lower-end cars have more gears and are much less of a handfull.
We strongly suggest you install this mod into a clean install of rFactor. Once the mod is installed you will find a very detailed DRM-Revival support document in the SUPPORT\DRM folder in your newly installed rFactor game. This document covers everything you need to know about these cars as well as graphic, sound, and ReelFeel suggested settings.
This document has information on each car dealing with suggested gearing, power/coast settings and important SPEC’s about the car. Make sure to check out the POSTSCRIPT information found on pages 14 & 15, it covers some very important information on the times you will spend doing pit stops.
