Just bought a new CH system of pro pedals, pro throttle and combat stick to replace faulty g940. I now find I cannot get throttle to work smoothly. I open throttle and it jerks and then closes to about half way. I am using throttle rotary on joystick as mixture control and it works fine. I have tried plugging into different usb sockets.
I bought CH because it has a good reputation here. So before I rant, perhaps someone can help me. Am I doing something wrong?
Had to wait ages for local stockists to get CH and now this. All I want to do is fly.

THINK I've solved it. After trying every usb slot and repositioning every other usb activated device it solved itself. I believe it may be a bug in latest update of ROF. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

What USB chipset do you have? Some are less reliable than others, that's why I ask. And, for some reason, Windows from time to time, likes to manage power going to USB ports, (as in turn them off) thinking it knows best

531Ghost, you should realise you are talking to a complete idiot where computers are concerned. The problem arose because I had two variables, an update and a new system. All I knew about the computer was I went to a company and said build me one that will cope with ROF. But thank you for your advice. What made it difficult was everything on the computer except the throttle worked perfectly. That's what makes me think it was a bug.

Didn't want to ass-u-me or realise anything. As long as it's working, there's nothing to "fix"
