the good news, all released at the same time...even the PC version...which is rare... bad news... after taking my money, download in Windows Live has failed 5 times, no problems with the console version... mark another one up for consoles.

8 new fireteam missions in a new area... like I said, with friends this game is great... wish more would buy it.

I'm right behind you in getting the DLC. Count me in for MP as soon as I get some more trigger time. BTW I think the single player is pretty good, (started playing after the latest patch) agree with the texture/color issues though but all-in-all a good game that is crippled by the developers (no ME and no mod support!).

I'm not sure whether I like the sarge (some good lines) or if I want to have a little blue-on-blue incident.

so anyone get this DLC for PC? you get it to install? I keep getting an install error.

Purchased the DLC for the PC and I'm receiving an install error too. Contacted Live support went through the standard troubleshooting list, even removed and re-installed the Live client with no success. Definitely a vendor issue IMO since I have no issues getting patches or other DLCs from Live.

Magnum just out of curiosity did you install RR in a non-default location? for it seems that my error is more an installation based one and I choose to install the base game in a custom location, just a thought.

well looks like it's been removed from the Live store... and never showed up on XBL or the PSN like it was suppose to.

Nothing like shooting yourself in the foot Codemasters... you already release the game with poor reviews and bad sales, in unfairness... because it's really not that bad... but only 1 Xbox friend has the game and 2 PC friends have the game... and co-op is a must to enjoy... now their screwing up with the DLC.

A little of topic here but does anybody know how to get through mission 8 where you secure the tower in SP. Done it about 10 times now from varying approaches and still can't kick of the trigger to the next part of the mission.

where are you stuck?

i have only played the campaign co-op with Magnum.

if i remember, you had to protect the convoy, and eliminate rpg teams before the convoy would advance down the road.

if you can't progress you might need someone to help you past the point where you are stuck?

I'm stuck on Day 8/mission 8 in single player campaign where I'm tasked on securing a devastated tower in the center of town. Again I have tried numerous times with no success on advancing the mission. I take the tower either myself or my team but nothing happens. At this point I'm stuck on the campaign. BTW this is the PC version if that matters.

Where is it? I looked at Google and Yahoo? The only viable link to that name was at SimHQ.

Where can I find the pc patch folks? I just bought it and would like to patch it before starting it. I went to their site, hit the link about the patch but its nowhere to be found.

I think the patch is through Windows Live... just like the 360 does all it's patches.
