I'm looking for a way to lock Windows 7, but still allow the application running on the desktop to be seen. Does anyone know if it's possible without any 3rd party programs?

But, from what I have read buying Transparent Lock is the way to go if you have multi-monitors.

Falstar,

Thanks, I was reading earlier about Transparent Lock and Clear Lock. I'm looking for a way to do it without a separate program, maybe a registry hack.
