The MP modes sounded quite good in the IGN review I saw today where it got an 8/10.

LOL Magnum. The game was just released TODAY on Steam and you're already asking people what they think of it?

As for me, I'm going to wait on the reviews first. I've already been burned with one game this year and I won't allow that to happen again.

Who is Day 1 Studios? I noticed that's the developer who made Fear 3. What happened to Monolith?

Day 1 Studios did the 360 and PS3 ports of the original F.E.A.R.. They have studios in both Chicago IL and Hunt Valley MD. I think most of the art and design staff is in Chicago and the engineering is in HV, including some old school MicroProse guys. Denny Thorley from FASA was one of the founders, along with TJ Wagner of Microsoft Game Studio. They bought Meyer/Glass Interactive in Hunt Valley and hired Mike McDonald (MicroProse and Jane's/EA) to head the HV studio. Mike left about a year ago to join his dad at his construction company and Ned Way, formerly of MicroProse, took over as head of the HV studio. I don't know much about the Chicago Studio but there's more stuff on the web.
