Rof Campaign is actually working outside RoF game.
Generates single missions into RoF just as you described.
After flying each mission you have to exit RoF and write a mission report, (either manually or assisted by the RoF mission log), in RoF Campaign.
RoF Campaign keeps your progress, (as well as your virtual squad mates one ), promotes and awards you medals accordingly.
That's the way it's done...

With RoF Campaign you can fly for every given Sqn. Esq. Jasta along side or against the actual aces bearing their actual livery, thanks to Ansirial's AcerSkin!
You can actually see your squad mates and their progress, you can down an enemy ace and read the news on the newspaper!
IMO Pat's RoF Campaign is still ahead of the official Career beta...+ you don't need constant internet connection!
Why not then?
He should implement the new map and photo recon mission types ASAP!

I have enjoyed developing RoFCampaign and intend to continue. Very busy at work so very limited time. I want to see what the latest version offers and see what I can do, but real life is an impediment at the moment.

I did get as far as playing a mission with the new official campaign. Pretty good, especially since their spawning mechanism produces better results in terms of time acceleration. Two different ideas but not wildly different. Over time they will hopefully take what is best in mine and incorporate it into what is best in theirs.

Give 777 time and they will continue to produce. They really have to do something about the Oberst though. Damned old fart is way too old to get behind the controls of an aircraft and lead a flight .

It's worth noting that the new draw distances and other graphics improvements with the new update really improve the immersion in the campaign missions. You can actually see dog fights in the distance! And with Pat's missions there's generally a lot more going on in the sky than with the official beta missions.

That's right!
I want to see RoF Campaign taking benefit of the new changes in mission building and mission types.
Playing so far the Career mod I find it pretty much repetitive, with no effective use of the full plane set as RoF Campaign does...
Again, a big thank you to Pat, (real life is always first) with the hope that he'll keep working on RoF Campaign.

Does this work with the demo?

I think so. It creates missions within the game and I understand the demo has all the usual features.

Yes, just make sure you tell the program what planes you own, before trying to fly
