Thanks Andy, It's actually ABS Plastic. Has a grain through it and it's black. Was extremely easy to map out and I had a platics fabricator route it to my design. Am very happy with his result.

The desk it's sitting on atm, is actually a marble finish laminate; but looks similar.

That's pretty sweet then, good luck on the rest of the project

Thanks Cali, Will keep everyone posted as it progresses. Having fun designing it all, as have never tried anything along these lines before.

Looking great Scotty - really nice finish to it, very professional looking.

I have to agree with you - it's great fun designing this stuff. Can't wait to see what you do next - these projects tend to grow and grow until they have a life of their own smile

Got 2 spf 87h 8" screens are just a couple millimeters smaller than cougar mfds and you still can use the part that goes out for some gauges or displays. They don't work at all on W764 (altoung i was able to make a single one work but when i tried the second one even the first stopped working) anyhow with w7 - 32 and XP they should be fine refresh is a PIA but since you don't play arcade or FPS on them they are perfect for the job!
