Googled GATED shifter to confirm, all the pics show a H-shifter... I take it, it's the same thing...right? thx

Yep, same thing. The term "H-shifter" cam about when cars only had 4 forward gears. A gated shifter is the more accurate term for shifters that have 5 or 6 gears, since the gates no longer form an "H" in this configuration. For PC controllers the terms are interchangeable.
