Worth it for Crusader Kings II alone for sure, good game that is $39.99 on Steam right now. Yeah, it does...for US customers only.

I've bought tons of games from GMG (especially Steam games) at a good discount, never had any problems with spam or anything from them.
Passing on EA's BF3 "season pass" though...
Your mileage may vary.
