Okay, I downloaded it because ORBX fTX Australia SP4 requires it. But when I click on the download (2.7mb) and click on "Run" in the window that opens up, nothing happens, at least nothing detectable or visible. How do I check to see if .Net Framework 3.5 is actually installed?
