I have been meaning to get around to doing my own and I have finally installed it!
Given I use a car seat I can't have it too long but where it is seems to be good. I have added a little more than 3" to the length but it gives it a lot more travel and makes the flying nice. Very good for a10 but il2 will require some slight changes in stick movement than I have been used to.
I have found that I cannot rotate the stick too much as I still sometimes pull back from the direction the stick is pointing. I.e. if it's offset 30 degress I will be pulling back and to the right because it feels right to pull back on the grip rather than back towards me. I am sure I will get that sorted

While its not too long it does give a lot more travel so I do get more precision. Also, if it was too much longer it would touch the touchscreen that I use for the gauges.
I got some new 42" screens a couple weeks back so a lot of changes lol.
I just need to make proper stands for them so that I can move the bedside drawers back in to our room and make the wife happy
