These aren't in any particular order, but you get the idea of the overall work we got done.

In a word, LOTS. smile I have to admit, the joke the guy made about Darth Vader's little House of Evil is weirdly accurate, especially with the flat black paint on the support arms. biggrin

Next weekend we hope to get the foam cut and installed into the screen form so that we can fill, sand and paint it...

Gene that's sensational!!

Even if it doesn't work (which I'm sure it will based on your prototypes) it looks impressive!!

Cali: The "technical" name for it is Cross-cockpit collimated display.

Here's a good description of how it works:

Next thing he will say is that he made his wife out in the shop and that she is the current Miss America (after seeing all the other great stuff he has made I would beleive it) wink

Boy, it's getting piled high and deep around here. biggrin

This display isn't a singular effort by any means - without Wayne's firm grip of the math involved, this never would have happened. I _knew_ it could be done, but I didn't have the required understanding of the math to puzzle out the hard bits.

I do in fact have a wife (best one EVAR!) and I didn't make her in the shop. smile

She IS ok with my various hobbies. The running joke is, "Well I can spend my money on flight simulators and other geekery, or I can spend it at a strip club. You pick dear." biggrin
