Ok I'm trying to get 9.2. I see it at dangerdogz, but it seems that you need to be member to d/l it.

Is there any way I can get my hands on 9.2??

Elephant: Starting per your report, I did note that the airfield isn't there. However, the planes were aligned properly and spread properly. An offensive patrol had proper waypoints. Are you sre that you have 9.2?

I think that the missing airfield is a consistent bug.

i will also add the version to the main screen.

I've flown Pat's campaign missions in the winter months and had the winter terrain tiles appear.
Your screenshot (previous post) is obviously not the winter, but the date you attach is December either way you read it.
Has this feature been broken, or could you have mixed things up?

V9.3
Bug Fixes:
- England is now Britain and English is British
- Fixed balloon misplacement (Should also fix friendly artillery misplacement in arty spot)
- Fixed player airfield missing
- Added Version to main page

Keeping in the spirit of stabilizing version 9 and cleaning up issues that have existed since the beginning. Nothing too major but the player airfield fix and the balloon placement are useful. And for all of our Welsh, Scottish, and Irish friends, All references to English and England have been changed to British and Britain.

Brilliant, thanks Pat!

I just have to get around to cleaning out some of my campaign pilots who have bought the farm (playing the campaign as DiD) smile

I continued my RNAS 3 Campaign and upgraded to v.9.3...
The Sqn is transfered to Vert Gallant, which is a really weird placed aerodrome,
( a railtrack is passing through the buildings). The take off line up is admist the buildings as well... sigh

The FL in the picture above is going to crash on the building in front of him!
The second in command AI, if manages to take off, is not going to go on with the mission objective,
but will be loitering over the aerodrome, for ever, followed by the others... screwy
In the example above the second in command was me. I took off, with the other two following me and headed to the mission objective...
but when I set to auto pilot, the plane turned back to the aerodrome! dizzy
I had to revert to airstarts thus... nope

I'm having problem with the Auto AAR function.

I start the RoFCampaign.jar, create the mission, I tried with both close or leave it open, fly the mission and close ROF.
Then I click auto AAR and in both cases a message appears:

Mission results directory does not exist: ..\..\data

There are instructions about it?
It's me? :P

Thanks in advance.

You have to go to Configuration then to Configuration Parameters: GUI and edit the directory by yourself to point to your game's data folder.
Here is an example of mine:

Well, hmmm, yes. Snow in December, I guess my Canadian heritage is kinda showing, eh? neaner

The 9.3 allied airfields look good so far for me, great! The mission waypoints can be very complex, with over 6 or 8 zig-zags along the front, perhaps a few too many unnecessary waypoints??? I defer to others, but perhaps a less complex mission path (for all flights, including all AI...) might help lessen overall calculation burden and improve performance?

@ Pat or anyone: v9.3 is causing my missions to run in half-speed again (half-speed like 9.1 did, but 9.2 solved it and was normal). I am not inadvertently hitting 1/2 speed key, AFAIK.

EDIT: from another thread I just found out that RoF will shift the game automatically to 1/2 speed when resources are maxed out. Never experienced that before. That is odd since 9.1 missions ran at 1/2 speed, but 9.2 didn't. In fact I modded previous versions of the campaign (v8) to have many more aircraft in the air than 9.3. Maybe the complex waypoints? Maybe the additional ground objects now??? I'll try lowering some items available in the config.ini, but if you have some culprits Pat, can you list the usual suspects please? Thanks.
