I have to admit - I'm impressed by this little app for Android. I have an HTC EVO 4G and the camera on it is OK, but with a couple add-on apps like Pro HDR and PicSay Pro I've found that I can take some pretty cool photos to share with the family.

Here is an HDR photo I took this morning of the house. While not perfect, it does a pretty good job for a $1.99 app!

* BTW - the slight fuzziness is due to the "soft glow" filter done through PicSay Pro.. Since I'm sending them via cell phone to my family they can't see the fine details anyway..hehe..

Nice GALLERY of photos on the Pro HDR site that shows some of the HDR photos they've taken...

2nd photo behind the house..with lots of contrasts.. The program does a pretty good job on the "auto" setting of metering down a couple levels of exposure, then going high a couple levels -4 to +2 on this shot. It takes the two photos in a total time of about 8 seconds, then stitches them together automatically. I'll be interested to try it out in other scenes..

I've been taking my first HDR shots recently using Photomatix Pro to combine them, and it's incredible what it can do in certain situations.
If anyone's interested in HDR photography, an excellent 3 part guide starts here:

those shots are amazing-I guess I will try that app on my Galaxy S and the Galaxy Tab as well;
As I also own an old IPhone 3GS and have several photo apps on it, I can attest to the fact that one can take pretty cool
images even with a low pixel cam like the one on the Iphone when using such after effects apps...

The Iphone 4 takes HDR images by itself, they don't look as over saturated as these though.
