Believe it or not, I have no idea how you are supposed to get a "pass" on the tutorial mission. I move the squad to the tent, board the chopper, fly to the village (I've tried the center of the vil and the orange smoked popped to what I'll call the back of the vil. I can see the AI slaugtering some poor Chinamen accross the river. However, my engineers bail from the chopper, sit there and wait, and the timer runs out and says "failed." I haven't fired a shot or taken a casualty. No enemy have entered the vil.

What gives? What did you do to "pass?"

you have to give your engineers orders... select them, select the lay mines, and then right click the bridge... tells you in the pop up.
