How is warpalizer with a single projector? That's my big question. Hence me looking at the "TOOB". I'm putting so much into my controls I may not be able to go with two projectors.
My suggestion is to take a look at NTHUSIM in preference over Warpalizer. NTHUSIM has single projector pricing and universal DX7-11 and OpenGL compatibility all in a single utility. Also, not one to nitpick, but Warpalizer is a knockoff product. NTHUSIM was the first into the consumer hobby marketplace. NTHUSIM is branched from the Immersaview Sol7 codebase, which has been in development for commercial/military applications for over 7 years now. I've been an NTHUSIM user for well over a year now. It feature matches everything Warpalizer does for less money and has better game compatibility. NTHUSIM is also free demo to download and try so you know everything will work 100% ok before you purchase anything.
Here is my own personal setup in my basement. You might note that all the pics in this were before NTHUSIM 3.0 added in edge blending, so there are no longer the butting projectors like in the pic.

But if you want to DIY, you can also go with a 60" circular dome skylight and rear projection Goo Paint it. There are examples of that option on YouTube.
