i checked with the foreign language mag store at the airport but they do not have the issue in question on stock any more unfortunately;
ordering it would be possible via the Austrian distributor, but this would take maybe 3 to 5 weeks and cost about twice the usual price the mag costs in stores here-basically, forget it.

so I am sorry to be not able to help you out on this one....
ordering through keymags should be hassle-free though. I ordered from them once and their service was fast and faultless.

I missed that issue myself. Wish I had it. I don't have a subscription. I've been picking it up every two months from Barnes & Noble, but it goes fast. They only get a handful of copies.

Update: Yay! Won an auction on eBay that included the issue I wanted.

$6.00 total with shipping..and I get a few other magazines..lol..
