Considering vintage open wheelers: Rob, Stewart, have you ever tried the F1 1975 or F1 1985 mod? F1 1971 is very good and if there ever is a race to be held here in these you can bet I will get a black Lotus, but these mods might interest you as well. Furthermore, the upcoming F2 miniseries might be just the right thing for you then! smile

Lol, well my wing setting was 19/12 and very unstable under braking, try running that for 90 minutes around Suzuka lol.

My goodness, I wouldn't even last 3 laps with that! eek

My setting was 25/24. Not really fast, but almost rock stable.

I found it a bit humorous that the physics developer, at least for the Historical version, stated in his Physics Guide that he couldn't see a reason to set the wings lower than 20 for a road course, which Suzuka would qualify for. He stated that somewhere like Monza, he could see the possibility of going lower, though.

I started out running 15/11 and I think my final race setup was 17/13 and my car was pretty "grippy" through every corner except for the last tight RH'er through the Esses, but that was more because of weight transistion due to stiff springs than it was aero. I'm sure the LE edition's quite a bit different than the Historical one, though.
