The problem Desode, and JMO, how many gamers will play and wait for a fair balance in game... I think most have moved on already... the first 3 days had 20k players listed on the server and down to 10 plus k already... if the stats I read on the internet (and we all know how correct the internet is, lol) are correct.... I see the potential but i also see the flaws which IMO will kill this game within months... like Frontline. (both good games with game killing issues.)
again IMO... but if your enjoying it...more power to you.

I agree with you MAGNUM on the games flaws, Heck I was the first person to point them out and I still feel that they are a Major problems.
I personally hope that the players do thin down some, I want to see the Standard COD players gone. No offense to them.
I have talked to a lot of gamers in Voip and the people that like this game are the BF and COD:Hard Core mode fans.
Maybe it will twindle down, but I think the Kaos team will fix everything thats wrong with it.
Heck, Frontlines still to this very day has Full 50 player servers and it came out over 4 years ago. I know of some huge titles that don't even make it 2 years.
I am enjoying it, but I know that a large part of that is due to the fact I'm gaming with a entire group of 16 players all the time.
It makes a Huge difference using team work and strategy, and thats the main source of my enjoyment.
Homefront is a very Balenced game, but if you don't know how to counter the things you run into, you will get ripped up quick.
There doesn't seem to be any true skill rating to keep players of a lower rank seperated from the higher ups.
Its like BF2 (pc), when I first played that I just got put through the Shredder for 2 months before I found out how to play the game and how to use everything that was at my disposal.
MAG on the ps3 is like that too,, In some ways I don't think these types of games are for the casual player.
With that said, I find that I lean more towards these games, for a couple reasons:
1. I play with a large well organized group of older mature gamers (FRC)
2. I like games that have the depth of a lot of things to work for.
3. I like games that open up in to a way more tactical style when I finally get up in rank
Homefront, BF, Frontlines and MAG, Socom,, those are my kind of console games.
Magnum, think of it as a racing Sim or a flight sim,, you have to put in a lot of hours before you get to where you have the skill and the knowledge to feel that the game is balenced for you in the online MP..
Sincerely, Desode
