I just installed W4T3 and it killed all the audio. I can hear rain in-game and ATC in the menu, but no helo or weapon sounds.

My hardware buffering and all that is maxed in DX and I have an Audigy 2. Do I need to install a seperate sound pack or enable an option somewhere?

EDIT

Fixed the problem. RTFM. I set me hardware buffers in the config file to 64. Problem solved. I'd seen the posts on the issue, but thought that hardware buffer line was somewhere in DirectX, not the EECH config file.

I get the mini MFDs in the Apache if I Ctrl-F1. The MFDs still show up with the cockpit graphics gone but are mini. When I press ctrl-F1 again to bring back the cockpit graphics the MFDs stay mini.

I'm using hi-res MFDs and running 1600x1200. Resolution doesn't seem to make a difference but I haven't checked the hi-res MFD setting yet. No problem with Commanche.

It seems I fixed it by doing a complete re-install - at least the locking up part \:\)

Now it just crashes to desktop on occasion :-\

What version are you using?
1.7.1 is the latest.

Do you get this from a fresh install aswell?
