I may have an issue with tomorrow's race. I have had a problem with my windows installation and have reinstalled. Unfortunately on reinstalling rFactor this morning it appears i am out of activations.

I have sent the relevant email off to the devs and i will get another code, however their website states 24-48 hour response. Also with it being a weekend i am not sure i will get it before the race starts tomorrow.

Hopefully all will be ok but i will let you know.

Sorry to hear that Piotr. At least you managed to make a couple of races. You should concentrate on getting well, ready for the SCES smile

Best wishes.

Thanks, Darren. I hope to back in shape for SCES. If I see it's going otherwise I will sure release my place in advance.

BTW, would it be a problem if (provided I feel 'well' enough) I join the server tonight to spectate? That's way better that watching replays :-) Hope my car in pits won't take much of the broadband, but if there are problems I will log off.

That was a little bit strange. O.o

PC froze up on me on lap 33 or so and I had to shut down the PC to escape the freeze frown

Hope everyone has a great race the rest of the way and congrats in advance to the winners and podiums.

I started the main event in 13th and in the 20's was running in P3 after winding my way through spins and incidents.
After a spin or two myself I had dropped back to 11th but was back up in 6th when Mr. Freeze got me.

Thanks again for a great series SimHQ and I wish I had been able to be in it from the start and after 3 P3 finishes at Brands I was really looking forward to the race here.

Thanks everyone and see you on track at Sebring burnout

Sorry for your DQ Caana but are you sure you had a stop/go and not a drive through?
This caught me out before because if you pit on a drive through it does not count.

it is saying that you have to choose the stop/go option otherwise it will just be a pit stop, I guess this lets you repair damage and then you still have a lap to come back in and serve the stop/go.

Great series that really touched all the bases in terms of tracks and driving skills.

Although everyone had their own highs and lows, overall it was a very interesting series.

Glad to have so many dedicated and motivated sim racers to race with. Darren, you are the class of the field by far. I was just happy to just keep close in your wake! smile

Looking forward to seeing everyone in the upcoming SCES races.

First of thanks to the guys who made this all possible at sim HQ and to those that built the setups. Also a special thanks to Doug for making my car skin for me. This was my first full series running with you guys and I had a ball.
I was doing great in the main race for about70% then it all went pear shaped when the last series of safety cars came about. A little bit more care is needed on these restarts when tyres are cold and brakes as well. I'm not going to point fingers though as I was just as guilty getting into one or two. Sorry to any I pranged and I assure you it was not intentional. All in all, I had a great time and cant wait to get going with the sports cars. Grats to the winning drivers, and thanks for letting me run with you all.

Yes, thank you SimHQ for another fun series of racing.

I'll have to watch the YouTube vid's of these cars. Going back over our races today - there were some pretty rough spills. I did not think passing was allowed under a Yellow? But aside from that it is an absolute blast to race with you all.

David - *really* sorry for the bad bump under Yellow in the 10 lapper - I was looking at that pink circle with the X in it and wondering how I got that penalty? confused

Unfortunately I had another disconnect today - found some advice and made some changes...

Looking forward to the Sports Car Endurance Series!
