I have just had to re-install Windows 7. Prior to the reinstallation i was using Windows Live email client but i wasn't particularly happy with it. I have multiple email accounts and it didn't seem to handle them well and it felt a little clunky.

What, in your opinion is the best free email client for multiple accounts but with a simple, clean interface that is easy to use.

I have also tried Thunderbird but didn't really like that much either.
