Good luck. I quit about 25 years ago and it's the best thing I ever did. If you do quit, you will quit dreaming about smoking after about fifteen years or so.

I still get strong urges but I just suck on a Nicorette lozenge and that helps.
No booze also helps, but the biggest incentive is saving about $500. a month.

I now have no booze in the house but I still have a carton of cigs that I have to get rid of.

I would also take the e-cigarette route.

Less analogue, more digital.

Get all the nuances of the enjoyable part of the smoking without the burnout.

The new ego-t tanks are great: no mess and easy to use.

Been smoking for 32 years and it is the first viable solution that has worked for me without feeling like some compromise.

I think it's a better solution than taking medication with questionable side effects.
