*Coolermaster Haf 912 Case
*Corsair 750w psu
*Watercooled CPU
*Windows 7 home 64 bit

I went to Newegg and checked the prices there for the same parts minus the motherboard that is not in stock yet.

COOLER MASTER HAF 912 $59.99
EVGA 01G-P3-1561-AR GeForce GTX 560Ti $249.99
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W $109.99
CORSAIR XMS 8GB (2 x 4GB) $99.99
Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) $229
1 TB hard drive $70
Motherboard should be $200 tops
Good air or watercooler $100
Windows 7 home 64 bit $100

Total should be around $1220 plus shipping. This, once the motherboard is available, will give you the most overclockable bang for the buck for sims at this time.

Personally I would just order the Cyberpower setup and be done with it. They test it and let it run for a while making sure everything plays nicely together.
By the time you add an operating, system Newegg is about the same price. Real plus is that Cyberpower has all the parts in stock right now.

If you enjoy tinkering and you can use your old case and drives you'll save some money doing it yourself. More food for thought, enjoy the hunt!

$1220 is a little over to what I'm trying to spend. I'm trying to keep it at $1000 or under. I'm also in no big hurry to get the stuff I need so once I decide on what exactly what I want to get I can shop around and wait for deals on these items. I've found the core i7-950 for $199 whereas others have it for $299(if I go that route). There will be other deals out there, its just a matter of finding them. I'm not sure about the liquid cooling thing as it kinda scares me, so most likely I will stay away from that. I have the windows 7 64bit already waiting. My old case is a little too cramped for my liking. My DVD burner works great so I can save a few bucks there. I definately want a better/faster hard drive than what I have in my old unit though. My tv tuner works great if I decide to throw that in there. Thank you for your input though, it gives me some other alternatives to think about.

Google it.
I should have placed Foxconn in brackets. It's a giant of manufacturing plant that makes everything from recent Apple products to Amazon's Kindle, to Dell, HP, Sony and many more.
