When something gets out on the net, it stays out. Looks like the people of the Spanish site "Planeta De Juego" were a bit too early with their posting of the details and have removed the post and images. Alas, too late. neaner

I've seen this wheel on the major tech blogs (Gizmodo, Engadget) already. Nice-looking piece of kit, but the $500 MSRP without an additional stick shifter (that costs extra) would be too much compared to the Logitech and Fanatec offerings. This had better be quality kit, as much or moreso than the HOTAS Warthog.

At least it's still much, much more affordable than anything ECCI makes.

WTF is it with TM and the Euro 499 price point? That is steep.

Wheel:
Realistic steering wheel <------- I guess car companies are including console directional pads in their new products as well
30cm (16") diameter with brushed metal central radios
Removable (as it allows subsequent updates) Suuuuure they're going to be updates. I fell for that with the Cougar
Authentic polished metal paddle shifters

30cm is about 12 inches, not 16. 16 inches would be huge for a PC wheel.

According to THIS LINK, the US release date is 5 January. I am sooooo tempted to buy this the day it releases, but I'm kind of nervous... Has TM had a good wheel in the past few years? I'm only familiar with Logitechs (which I love).
