GT5 1.06 dowloading now, 300MB.
Some of the features reported so far on GTP: - Arcade car order swapped - Blue tick in dealership on purchased cars - Car ballast adjustment - Controller steering sensitivity in driving options - Corner camber in course maker - Fully adjustable gear ratios - Multi-screen option - Multi select (car garage, photo album, replay theatre) - Performance point system - Restart race confirmation - Race user made tracks online - B-Spec Remote Race feature via GT5 online - Seasonal Events 7 Update, plus new tracks on the Bonus Race 6 events, including some custom ones it looks like - You can choose different tires for front and rear - Online dealership has more cars - New filters in the online lobbies (race fo real/fun/drift) - Weight adjustment (front/rear) - Increased XP for races - Power limiter on the tuning menu - Access full garage online (not just the 150 favorites) - Menu transitions are much faster
I'm looking forward to the Steering Sensitivity options and the dealer notice of the cars I already own, approaching 400 and have bought a couple of repeat cars a few times.
PSN SignIn also required accepting new User Agreement, I'm not a lawyer so I didn't read or notice any changes, but I'm guessing it strengthens the hacking/pirating legal wording.
There should be a full list of fixes/enhancements as soon as most people finish downloading and testing.

This was revised Section 8 Clause 435: If the user MODIFIES the Sony Playstation 3 HARDWARE the USER ACCEPTS FULL Responsibility and will be mercilessly LITIGATED for BREACH of EULA. The USERS actions also FORFEIT their FIRST BORN natural child. Glad to see the multiplayer got some love. The garage is completely available now, not just the favorites. Online race filters. Custom tracks online! and remote B-spec.

Alright, guys. You need to share your B-Spec drivers with your friends so they can race via the web interface. You also need to keep your PS3 on, which I guess was to be expected.

Agreed @mrskortch nice to see the filters for online races, it should be much easier to weed out the silly races I want to avoid (Nascar, drag races at SSR7 etc)...
Good idea @Razorback, I shared out my two B Drivers and shared a bunch of my favorite classic cars in case any of you guys want to take them for a spin, I especially recommend my favorite car of all, a modded RUF '87 Yellowbird which is a bit of a handful on throttle but can be coaxed around the track really fast with a gentle throttle control.
Looking forward to trying out the remote B-races with some of you guys.

BTW @Razorback I was able to start a remote B-Race with you and your driver pulled off a nice pass in the Ford GT and is now leading, pretty cool feature.

I just tested it out, pretty cool. Hopefully more of the guys on my friends list share their drivers so I can have bigger races.
Right now, my guy is racing two of your guys.

Anyone check out their custom made "Eifel" tracks used in the seasonal events? The Mazda challenge one is off the wall insane. Half the corners have their apex at the top of a slope. The first time on each track has a real "woah.... can't drive it that way" feel to it. The F1 Eifel track has some cool aspects but overall I think its "meh". Also got a good laugh out of the AI having some troubles driving on the Mazda event, there were a few corners where the same cars would lose control each time they went through without fail.
What are the points and XP typically like in the remote B-spec races?
