you should be able to use Audicity and record "Wave/What You Hear"

VLC also does it with the ability to save/convert/transcode streams into pretty much any format you want.

It can seem overly complex for first-time users but there plenty of step by step guides on the t'internet.

Software seems to work well but I wasn't impressed with the RelevantKnowledge adware that installed at the same time without my permission. I had to use AntiMalwarebytes to clean it out. :/

I used VLC Media Player to stream/save/convert from an online radio broadcast. Flawless and easy to use.
