Hurri got most kills during the BoB and was the real workhorse. OK, tracer fire is not done too well so I will delete it.

https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Boulton_Paul_Defiant

The Boulton Paul Defiant was a British fighter aircraft and bomber interceptor used early in the Second World War. The Defiant was designed and built by Boulton Paul Aircraft as a "turret fighter" and served with the Royal Air Force (RAF). It was a contemporary of the Royal Navy's Blackburn Roc. The concept of a turret fighter was similar to that of the First World War-era Bristol Fighter. In practice, the Defiant was found to be vulnerable to the Luftwaffe's more agile, single-seat Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighters; crucially, the Defiant did not have any forward-firing guns.

It was later used as a night fighter before it was supplanted in that role by the Bristol Beaufighter and de Havilland Mosquito. The Defiant found use in gunnery training, target towing, ECM and air-sea rescue. Among RAF pilots, it had the nickname "Daffy", probably a diminutive of the word "Defiant".

That's an interesting link to the Defiant.
I thought it had some forward firing weapons,I was mistaken.
That would make it a not very interesting aircraft to fly in a sim I would have thought?

I love the RAF's disinformation on the Defiant...
Quote:
When the Defiant was first introduced to the public, the RAF put out a disinformation campaign, stating that the Defiant had 21 guns—i.e. four in the turret, fourteen in the wings and three cannons in the nose.

That would have been some firepower if it had ever got off the ground carrying all that.

Sarcasm is noted but there is only one WWII game with that quality of graphics so it should be obvious which one it is. WoP, and don't pretend you have never seen any pics from that sim or heard of it before.
