This is my 1/32 Hawg. Trumpeter kit with Blackbox resin pit. I also used a squadron replacement canopy to replace the incorrect kit one. This was one of my first camo jobs, that was quite the experience. The fit of this kit was subpar (even for trumpeter) and required alot of filling and sanding in the nose. I finished it a Battle Creek scheme from 1991-1992. These birds are post LASTE upgrade. BC has never had any flashy schemes, but I've always liked them because they are were so close to me. Overall, I see alot of places that I could improve on, but I'm still happy to finish this beast.

I have no CLUE where I'm going to display it, it is HUGE in 1/32 scale.

A creditable job! We used to see them regularly around here, beating up the ICI Tunstead plant. I think they were from Wethersfield, Essex.

I just ordered this kit. I picked up a revell 1/48 A10 kit for 15.00 on sale at Hobby Lobby but most of the parts are way to small for my 59 year old eyes. I'm hoping the 1/32 scale is a little more eyesight friendly. Oh, great job by the way.

Nicely done! I am hoping to do more model building once I finish moving to my larger place, and seeing great build jobs like this is an inspiration.
