Yeah totally lame devs and bad QA if not one of them ever ran into it.

I'm guessing that museum thing is the worst cause, as I am at A32/B35 with 360 cars in my garage, I've grinded hundreds of races in the B series Dreamcar and Indy challenges, and my game save file is just now approaching 1MB so I have plenty of room to go, hopefully they will have this solved before it becomes a problem for me. I only went into the museum feature once and thought it was pretty boring and haven't been back thankfully.

Just in case of any mishaps I've also been backing up my savegame to USB then my PC occasionally.

I am not as far along as Kludger but I am closing in on him and my file isn't even 700k. I never go into the museum.

There should be a GT5 patch tomorrow. Supposedly it fixes this problem. I have no idea what else they will add/fix though.

Good call, I checked the 1.06 patch release notes and indeed they fixed this.
