Corvette Dave of VHRacing posted earlier today the 2011 version of VHRacing Stockcar will be released mid February. So now that the release has been moved back from "early February", we need to get moving.
Date/TimeSunday, February 13th at 12 PM eastern time
FormatHell, I don't know...

Seriously, I'm inclined to say we'll determine that depending on who shows up on raceday. Plan on at least a one-hour race and a couple of 20 lappers -or- if a miracle happens we will run the whole 200 laps. I'd really like to run the whole race, but driving Daytona with 8 of your closest friends is b-o-r-i-n-g. If the participants still want to run 200 laps, I'm all for it. So those of you who show up call it. Damn shame there is so little interest on SimHQ for stock car racing in rFactor/VHR.

The server is online and ready for practice.
Be sure and set your up/down to 256.
DownloadThose of you who already have VHRacing Stockcar 2010, Update 4 are all set.
If you do not have it, download the 940 MB whopper here:
http://simhq.net/downloads/motorsports/rfactor/SimHQ_2011_VHR/VHR2010_4.0.exe It is no longer available on the VHRacing web site.
You have the option to combine it with your current rFactor download, or as a free-standing sim.
I'd STRONGLY suggest you install it as a free-standing sim, then copy your rFactor.exe to the VHR folder.
Don't forget if you have a dual or quad-core processor to add the "+fullproc" switch
Example: C:\Simulations\VHR_2010\rFactor.exe +fullproc
