I thought I'd start a thread for everyone to show off their Blizzard of 2011 winter storm shots. Feel free to post anything that strikes your fancy. So far, it looks like we're just going to get a little ice here in South West Ohio, but this is going to be a pretty big deal for a lot of people across the US.

I caught this little fellow feeling bedraggled by the freezing rain.

Olympus E-PL1 Micro Four Thirds, with 250mm OM Telephoto @ f8 (equivalent to 500mm in 35mm) from about 15 ft.

I was getting all ready for the big blow and posting some impressive pictures here, but it didn't really materialize for us (Waterloo region, a little west of Toronto Ontario). The media made it sound like the end was near. Better safe than sorry I suppose. I'm sure somebody somewhere got pounded with bad weather.

About three feet of snow on the lawn right now, and still it comes. Too dark now for photos, maybe tomorrow.

I had to do a double take speedbump. My grandparents lived in Edgewood, Illinois up until they passed away.

We didn't get much snow out of the big storm, but here are a few more of the little ones' winter experience...

Thanks Top Gun. The A33 does it so easy, I take a lot of panorama shots.
