I obviously have a wide variety of music I like considering I can post in the Country music and Rock music threads equally. Another type of music that I listen to is the old 50's and 60's rock and motown stuff. Music from Buddy Holly, The Platters, The Drifters and this from The Four Tops



We have a lot of old farts around here, lets show some of these "kids" the other stuff we liked growing up.

Oh yea, big favorites of mine.

There is tons of stuff from the 50's and especially the 60's that I love.

I think "American Graffiti" has the best set of 50's and 60's songs in any film.

Some great sounds. Fine vocals, arrangements, and... CLEAN GUITAR?!

I have found that my taste in music is moving to the earlier music than the new stuff. I find that the vocals are more clear and have better tone than the new music. The vocals are out in front of the accompanying music and you can hear/understand them. Not so much with most of the new music.

yeah, I'm becoming more of a fan of the 50's and 60's music than I ever was before.
