Howdy All,

Finally made the plunge and got myself the box version.
Installed ok, updated automatically to the latest version but when double-clicking the game's shortcut the Ubisoft Game Launcher starts updating all the way to 100% and then, nothing...

Every single time is the same. What am I missing? I haven't even had a chance to key in the keycode.

Anyone else got this before?
SH5 is a bit of a letdown so far I must say.

I just tried mine and it launches ok so maybe that rules out any server problem?
Other than that I don't know.
Make sure you mod it up,I found it lacking out of the box (assuming you get it going of course).

Got it fixed. Somehow the bundled Launcher was fubar. Uninstalled it and then downloaded a different version off Ubi.com and now it works.
Bad start, but I still have high expectations despite all the negative comments.
Which mods have you installed or which ones do you recommend? I've checked subsim but there is just too much on offer and don't know where to start.

Just amazing how much work the moders have delivered !

Like you said,there are so many mods,I have but a few.I may experiment with more in the future but I recently bought SH4 (again) so may return to that.
Once again the modders have done wonders.
