I really like the look of old battel ships and i think a battel ship game would be cool can anyone recomed a good one (Destroyer Command is too old and probley won't run on win7 any way)or are there like no desent war ship games

yup,

Jutland and Distant Guns is definately worth looking at. You can download the demos and try them out.

It`s more Admirals level though, no "send damage control team on ship x to compartment y", would be work overload in any battle minus small encounters.
