Looks nice, but the video adds nothing. It mainly just shows IL2 on a projector and "UDP Speed" gauges on an LCD in the pit.

I wonder how many potential buyers there are out there for a product like that?

I would certainly have considered it before I embarked down the DIY route.

Thats one heck of a deal for you guys over in Europe. Wish we could get something like that over here in the US in the $500 USD range...yes I know its in pounds and that is higher but still that is a good price point.

Wow these new products never cease to amaze. Great pre-built kit for those across the pond.

Those are very nice pits.

In my opinion 500 pounds is a pretty steep price, that's just my opinion though. For anyone who has some skill with woodworking or even some basic knowledge, I'd think you could design and build your own for a fraction of that cost. It will take lots of time however, but a DIY person could probably make something just as good.

LOL Yeah that's a great price for a piece of kit like that. Sure if you have the skills you "could" build it yourself, but a ready to go kit like this would save you a lot of headache not to mention time. If you have the skills to build this kind of pit then you're "not" a potential customer anyways. Be great to see more kits like this though, especially here in the States.

Hello all,

New to this forum but this post has kindof answered my prayers. This is exactly what I was looking for. So thanks for postin it.

I'm currently trying to contact these guys but can't seem to get any response. Would love to know if they'd ship to here in Louisiana.
I'd buy one tomorrow!

That looks alot like Gene's DIY setup. It would be pretty easy to design one and run on my CNC...I might just for kicks. It really isnt any different than creating and cutting parts to build my 1/4 and 1/3 scale R/C planes. As a matter of fact the parts look exactly alike. I have been thinking of doing the same thing for F-16 and A-10 pits.
