Well I am at around 220 BC and just finished all of greece except the offshore islands...now I gotta build all those mining centers. Damn Macedonians were milling around in my territory so...I attacked first, Wiped out there two biggest forces already. Great fun. I love the city management in EB, BIG improvement.

I blame you and this thread Nixer! smile

I have been up late the past 2 night playing Medeival Total War: Kingdoms Expansion. I am playing the Britannia campaign as the Irish. So far the 3 British territories on my island are protected by low level troops so the fighting hasn't been too hard, but there are a lot of them. The British have a huge fleet sailing around so once Ireland is mine crossing to the main island may be interesting.

I had my best gaming years on Rome Total Realism - about 2 years.

Now I might re-install and try EB. I think I'll wait for Shogun, then go back and try EB. The graphics will be rough, but I have a feeling the large scale sweep will be a good alternative to the more focused scale of Shogun.

Hopefully I'll have time to play both .

Hi,

I just joined the club. RTW Gold and the Barbarian Invasion Expansion were on the DVD coming with the latest "PC Games Hardware" mag. Installed it and was instantly hooked.

Great Fun!

K.
