I sent it out for release. As always, wait for the word from Gremlin or Dart before downloading. I have tested it, but as always, I am not a professional shop so bear with me if you see any issues. This is a big release.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed some flights do not generate when player chooses air start
- Fixed mission altitude to take date into account - also generally lowered altitude.
- Fixed some early war squadron info
- Squadron skins and corrections by Ansirial.

About this item "Ability to define airfield offsets per airfield" ...
As stated earlier putting your planesdownat the designated airfield coordinates does notwork. Further, the right answer is different for different airfields. I added the file Airfields.RoFCampaign which designates a "offset" parameter thatmoves you into position. Currently all are set to 50 meters - i.e. you will be in the designated airfield position but 50 meters closer to the hangars. By editing Airfields.RoFCampaign you can now adjust this parameter foreach individual airfield.
