What I can make of the german text is that the cause of the ditching of F-AZZJ is still unclear but there are reasons to believe it might have been tied to the three bladed prop assembly. Untill they are certain the three bladed configuration is safe they will continue testing with the four bladed setup. So most likely a temporary measure untill more is known about the causes of the ditching of the other Flugwerk 190
