I know some call it, rightfully, spreadsheets in space but for me it's crack!

Anyone else here on EVE?

So happy that MMOs have no appeal to me.

Ah yes. Pirates. I hate the gankers (Gate Campers) too. But it's all part of the
game, There's nothing like the felling you get when traveling in low sec with your
industrial full of cargo not knowing if you'll get ganked at the next gate nor not.

Even the most trivial of missions can be an emotional roller coaster.

Last time I played suicide ganking was so easy anyone could play pirate in hi sec with a couple friends using throwaway alts in T1 cruisers.

The "sandbox" in EVE is nice in concept, but it favors the "bad guys" far too heavily.

Moses's damn thread with his T3 cruiser got me to set up a new trial and now I'm back to being a paid member... again.

PrivateStache is my in game name, I'm in Amaar space just running missions and training skills, going to try a career in covert ops and e-war this time for something different.

The new (to me anyway) 24 hour training queue is a godsend and I really like the new probe system. I'm still good with the directional scanner as well so that just adds to it. I think it's been 3 or 4 years since I last played and they made a lot of good changes.
