I would like to use it on another PC with no Warthog attached...Is it possible?

Target RC 2 - after double clicking it displays startup image, ant then exits without crash report or something....Script editor i can open, no problem...

well, you should try to install the microsoft visual studio librairy first, then install target, or post a picture of the error message.
