Just putting some feelers out there to see if there is much interest in a new UK based Squadron (UK based but not exclusive).
I run Cry Havoc as a self indulgent exercise. However there is now a small group of regulars I fly with and we are thinking of forming a Squadron based on the server.

Very informal set up, no ranks or medals I'm afraid. Just for fun flying is all we offer.

Our Motto: Nobody salutes around here, but if you give us a wave, we might wave back.

Aha. CryHavoc is yours is it? We 242Sqn chaps drop into it sometimes, (under assumed names for the most part!) Won't be joining your squad of course, (good luck with it, by the way) but we might be able to pop along and give your chaps a fight every now and then!

Do you mean scratch squads Brigs? So singleton online virtual pilots can find a squadron to join on attachment on the server and be more squadron-minded? Attempting to take off together and fight as a unit and so on. Sounds ideal for the active mercenary. And the dairy, pasture and vineyard products. Not to mention the undivided attention of the ladies of Armentieres who parlez-vous for Bovril apparently

No it's going to be a proper RoF Squadron Ming, full time. Rosters, flights and the like.
Nice and casual, though. More of a gentlemans club than an army unit.
Still early days but there is a little interest out there for a GMT based Squadron.
