Zero, I have to apologise to read your simhq email-message to late (even didnt know, that I could receive a message by this way until now) By the way: Do you meah the "taxi" signs on the runway?
I can answer this real quick.
Because Malta wasn't in the Pacific Theatre of Operations. Zero and his team would have to make JU88s, He 111s, a whole slew of Italian aircraft and other items like British Carriers, escorts and appropriate merchants for Malta itself.
It isn't a bad idea, maybe something for the team to consider in the future.
