In SFP2 WOI I can fly Migs in Campaigns but not as part of Quick Mission. The only flyable Migs in Quick Mission are ones I imported.
Am I missing something?

No - none of the MiGs are flyable by default in any Thirdwire games. The only reason you have been able to in a campaign is if you have put in some 3rd party MiGs that had the same name as the originals.

Its very easy to make them flyable though, you will probably need to get cockpits for them - start at the Combat Ace knowledgebase.
