I've not heard jot or tittle about this movie. My only exposure has been the nonstop commercials during football games on Sunday.

Is it ID4.5 or what? I've had so little information on it I can't decide whether to see it or not.

I did a quick look and it's not been mentioned here. I figured someone here would have mentioned it.

Ok, I did some research and found out two things that have me worried about this film. It's directed by the same brother duo who directed the craptacular Aliens vs. Predator Requiem and I did not recognize a single actor on the cast.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh. Aliens vs Predator: Requiem. seehearspeak Less said the better.

At todays prices a popcorn movie gets a bit expensive. Also, with the lack of publicity I wonder if it's a "push out the door and hope no one realizes how bad it is until the initial reviews come out." At least that way they recoup some money. I didn't see it listed on Rotten Tomatoes the other day when I looked.

The effects look great, but unfortunately that's not a proof of quality.

If in the future my dvd backlog gets small enough, I might bother to rent the dvd for this one.

Your DVD backlog will never get small because you keep re-watching the X-files instead of all the stuff you need to catch up on!

I watched the entire run a single time. I saw the first movie once and have never seen the second.
