Just got the response from Thrustmaster after 3 weeks:
We begin by thanking you for your interest in Thrustmaster products.
We can confirm that the virtual mouse used by TARGET only has 3 buttons.
MOUSE_BTN4 and MOUSE_BTN5 were declared in defines.tmh, but they are in fact not supported.
They will be removed from defines.tmh in the next release of TARGET.
We thank you for your understanding.
Bugger, as these buttons would have been great for Teamspeak.
I got more news from Thrustmaster...
Dear Mr. [my name],
Regarding your T.16000M.
We are very sorry Sir, but we do not offer support for the Script Editor version of TARGET.
We don't have any programmers available.
The Script editor version of TARGET was designed for user with advanced programming skills, in order for them to be able to crate their own configurations.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you in this matter.
We remain at your disposal for any further inquiries.
Kind regards,
Your Thrustmaster Customer Support Agent, Melany

So....no more coding help from Thrust....
But I also have some good news.
At least for those of you playing Star Citizen.
They thought it was a good idea to program the extra mouse buttons as DX buttons.
I got my third mouse button (not the wheel) active by programming it like:
MapKey (&T16001, TS3, DX3); //this gives me weapon 3
I assume SC is not the only game who does this.
Let's hope they do this for DX4 and up too for the mouse with 17 buttons ,lol
Hope this helped a bit...
