Rick, the world needs lovers as well as fighters. Not every critter can be both. biggrin

Well, here is humble Bubble...
A tad over 1 yr old, found her roaming a Shanghai street begging at a food stall and getting ignored. Her puppy looks fell flat on the locals but melted my wife's heart !
She is a city girl. Zooming bikes, crowded streets and flashy neon lights are ok, falling dead leaves in the park are sometimes tricky to handle.

Probably not the smartest creature around but she handles all the doggy tricks easily. Anyway, full of love and mischiefs. On the pic she is starring at one of the cats, planning her next attack and eventual escape route.

Cheers,
Slug

Man, I miss my dogs. The last one was my best and a true gift. All these pictures are making me weak. If I visit a shelter, I will leave with one. But I'm working eenough that I wouldn't be able to spend enough time. They need that time, social animals.

Here is our 2 year old Labrador Retriever named "Buddy".
Rescued by us after finding him stray.
A great dog that is loved by the whole family.

A pic of him with his Mama and yes all 80 lbs of him sleeps at the foot of our bed almost every night.

Getting mugged by the kids.

Got Rawhide Bone? LOL!

lol, "suitcase nuke of the hound world". I've heard that about Jack Russels.

Lone Star, Buddy sure looks like a mellow dog. I love yellow labs.

I love Labs and Jack Russels. (Actually, I'm hard-pressed to find any dog that I don't like...) My dog's one decidedly un-canine peeve is that she won't fetch. She'll bring something back once or twice...but then she looks at you like you're a dolt if you toss the toy again. frown
